- 1 Moray Seafoods cocktail crab claws
- 150g mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- If crab claws are frozen defrost in fridge using package guidelines ready for cooking.
- Mix the chopped herbs, lemon zest and juice with the mayonnaise then season with salt and pepper and place in a ramekin.
- Sit the ramekin in the centre of a large bowl then arrange the crab claws around the ramekins with the tips of the claws pointing up making it east to lick up.
