  • 1 Moray Seafoods cocktail crab claws
  • 150g mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. If crab claws are frozen defrost in fridge using package guidelines ready for cooking.
  2. Mix the chopped herbs, lemon zest and juice with the mayonnaise then season with salt and pepper and place in a ramekin.
  3. Sit the ramekin in the centre of a large bowl then arrange the crab claws around the ramekins with the tips of the claws pointing up making it east to lick up.
