  • 250g Moray Seafoods Salmon Royale fillet.
  • Brown crusty bread (Unsalted butter if desired).
  • Fresh black pepper milled.

Preparation

  1. If salmon royale fillet is frozen defrost in fridge using package guidelines. Slice royal into 3-5mm thick slices.
  2. Place directly onto serving dish and serve with slices of crusty bread, butter and freshly milled pepper
  3. Chef Tip: We don't serve our smoked salmon with lemon juice as the lemon over powers the delicate smokiness and flavour of the smoked salmon from your taste buds.
