Ingredients

  • 12 Blinis pancakes (3 per person).
  • 200g Moray Seafoods Classic Oak Smoked Salmon.
  • 50g Crème fraiche.
  • 12 Dill sprigs.
  • Caviar (Optional).

Preparation

  1. Prepare smoked salmon by cutting into small pieces to fit neatly onto blinis.

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 C or Gas 6, place the blinis pancakes on a shallow tray and bake for 2-4 mins to heat through.
  2. Remove blinis from oven and allow to cool.
  3. Place a little crème fraiche on each pancake and top with smoked salmon pieces, garnish with caviar and dill sprigs.
  4. Place on service plate and enjoy with a glass of Champagne.
