We do not offer SATURDAY DELIVERIES at this stage. If you are interested in a Saturday delivery please email us at info@morayseafoods.co.uk.
PLANNING YOUR DIARY.
Remember to enjoy our genuine deluxe seafood delicacies you are required to defrost overnight in the fridge, so if your dinner party is on a Wednesday, you will require your delivery on a Tuesday. In other words you will require to place your order on a Monday before 11am or on any day prior to this.
(This service is applicable to all stock items, non-stock items may vary. Standard Fees Apply. Non-stock items consist of value added products that require special ordering - "live catch and hand prepared" - therefore a lead-time of usually no more than five working days from the date of your order, and is often less maybe required to satisfy an order.)
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DISPATCHED your order will be delivered NEXT DAY DELIVERY no later than 6pm. We kindly advise you to call us on +441542 280 086 after 4pm should you not have had delivery so we can chase this delivery on your behalf. A tracking service online will be launched shortly.
Due to the nature of the service we are not able to give you an exact time of delivery, but we can appoint the driver to leave it somewhere safe if you are unavailable.
In our checkout process you will find a convenient option to instruct our driver using the delivery location tool. Location tool includes options such as "neighbours address, garage or conservatory" at no extra charge. You can select your exact delivery place at checkout phase.
For your information bank and public holidays may affect delivery dates.
